ORDER

How do I place an order?

Place your selected items in your shopping cart. Then, click "Your shopping cart" in the top right corner and check that all your selected items are there. Checked? Then proceed to checkout. Enter your personal information and verify that your name and address are correct! Next, choose your shipping method. Then select your payment method. Finally, check the terms and conditions and click "Place order" to complete your order.

How can I add a discount code?

You can do this once you've added your items. Then proceed to the checkout process. At the bottom, you'll see a discount code bar; enter your discount code there. Your discount will then be calculated automatically! Unfortunately, it's not possible to add a discount code afterward.

I didn't receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

After you order, we'll automatically send a shipping confirmation to your email address. This might end up in your spam/junk mail folder. Please check your spam folder as well. If it's not there either, please send an email to info@jewellerybymaaik.com and we'll resolve it for you!

Can I still cancel or change my order?

If your order has already been shipped, you can no longer cancel it. If you'd like to add another product, you can, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Please send us an email at info@jewellerybymaaik.com. with the right product you want to receive.

I entered an incorrect address, what now?

Please contact us as soon as possible via our email address info@jewellerybymaaik.com. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll update your address immediately. Therefore, always check that you've entered your address correctly before ordering.

How can you pay with you?

You can pay with iDeal. Customers from Belgium can pay with Bancontact/KBC. You can also pay with KLARNA.

I placed an order, but the payment failed?

We're sorry you're having trouble paying! We're happy to help! Send an email to info@jewellerybymaaik.com and then we will work together to find a solution to complete your order!

What are the shipping costs?

For jewelry and/or accessories, you have the option of having them shipped with or without track and trace. Shipping costs for the Netherlands are  1.99 for orders under 20 grams, €2.99 for orders between 20 and 50 grams, and €3.99 for orders between 50 and 100 grams without track and trace. With track and trace, this is  4.95 as a letterbox parcel.
We ship bags, displays, belts, hair clips, etc. as a standard parcel with track and trace. The cost is €5.95.

Shipping costs for Belgium are €5.50 for a letterbox package and €9.95 for a tracked package.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. You'll usually receive your order the next business day if you live in the Netherlands. For Belgium, it will take 2-3 business days. From the moment we send the package via the PostNL point, we are not liable for delays at PostNL and/or when they deliver it.

RETURNS

Can I return jewelry?

Jewelry, bags, and accessories may be returned, with the exception of earrings. Send us a DM on Instagram or an email if you want to return jewelry, bags, or accessories. Sale items cannot be returned!

Can I return clothes?

Yes, clothing may be returned. If the size you choose isn't right for you or you're not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only accepted with a completed and enclosed return form. Once we receive your return, you'll receive either a refund or a gift certificate, excluding shipping and KLARNA transaction fees. Returns must be made within 14 days.

Sale items cannot be returned.

Conditions : The item must not be damaged and must not contain any make-up stains, sweat or perfume odor.
